Shayne Turgeon has been involved in the world of real estate for 20+ years. As a past co-owner of a local construction business, Shayne’s background as a home designer left her with a wealth of knowledge in renovation, quality building and a true appreciation for real estate. Her knowledge of the real estate industry, coupled with her high-end jewelry sales background, negotiation skills and customer service, led her to seek a career as a real estate broker in 2017. On becoming licensed, Shayne found a match with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty because of its global reach, comprehensive approach to marketing, and distinguished reputation. Within four years of becoming licensed, Shayne rose to the top 5 producing agents in her office, with some very notable sales including the highest Kitsap County off island sale. Shayne is known for her tireless work ethic, commitment and loyalty to her clients, and dedication to providing her absolute best service in every transaction. Her deep-rooted connections within her community and large network place her in a unique position to serve her clients. She grew up in Seattle, spent summers on the Hood Canal, co-owned a boxing and fitness business on Bainbridge Island, and currently resides in Poulsbo with her three active children. Along with her career as a broker, Shayne has reignited her passion for the design and construction aspect of real estate by flipping houses, some of which she retains as rental homes. Her incredible team of subcontractors work under her leadership and vision to fix up homes while maintaining their original charm. Her experience often finds her offering consulting on her client’s investment properties. Shayne’s subcontractor connections and her knowledge of home design inspired her to create and offer a “concierge” service.
