Jesse was brought up in a family of entrepreneurs, his mother left her 15-year waitressing career to follow her dreams. While his father sacrificed his NFL opportunity to hit the highway, truck driving to provide for the family! Jesse wanted to make his own path while maintaining a passion to make a difference in other people's lives.Jesse has enjoyed the ever-changing seasons of the northwest in the beautiful state of Washington for most of his life, calling the vast Clark and Cowlitz counties my home. He appreciates the beauty that surrounds his fellow neighbors and the endless opportunities of their amazing country.Jesse sought out his own opportunities as a kid -- working on neighbor's bikes and creating a lawn-mowing business in his community by the age of 9. Jesse mowed twenty lawns in two days and made his first hundred dollars – boy, was he happy! Jesse soon had thirty neighbors as customers that he would manage for the next three years. By the time he was 17, Jesse was closing out many years of baseball, basketball, wrestling and a mind full of knowledge to branch out into the world.Jesse soon found himself processing home loans at a local bank, fresh out of high school. That's when he grasped the importance of the financial world and what it looked like for all walks of life. By the time he hit 21 years old, Jesse bought his first home and later purchased three investment properties by 24. That’s when Jesse found his passion for the ever-revolving world of real estate. Jesse got his real estate broker’s license and worked as a property manager for a local rental company -- leasing homes, managing leases and working with tenants and homeowners while conducting home turnovers to be re-rented. Those three years as a property manager gave him great insight to a new chapter of what was soon to come in his life.Hungry for more knowledge, he accomplished a business-management degree at Lower Columbia College in 2016. Over the course of Jesse's ten-year career as a real estate broker, he has become a top 20% realtor with his brokerage. Jesse's success is intertwined with his ability to be persistent and dedicated to his clients. If Jesse doesn't have the answer, he will happily find it! As of 2016, Jesse has formed Morgen Homes and Associates, a real estate company designed to help home buyers and sellers achieve their goals.Jesse took on flipping houses with the focus of rejuvenating an area in Longview, Washington, that needed some positive attention in the community. Jess has since purchased, completely remodeled and sold many houses specifically in the area, with the goal of breathing new life into a rather forgotten part of the community.Jesse finds a great deal of satisfaction when connecting individuals with their goals, timelines and transitions in life. These moments are often incredibly big decisions but having a game plan and direction makes for a great compass. Jesse values each opportunity and unique adventure every client takes me on; fulfilling my lifelong urge to help others succeed.Jesse believes that being a realtor requires creativity, passion, knowledge and aggressiveness of not only the current real estate market but also the details of financing and creative negotiations so that each client is aware of every option available to them. He stays current with the market while developing a personal relationship with his clients and ensuring a high-functioning team and systems within, to serve his client's best interests.When Jesse is not keeping busy with his clients and his team, he enjoys golfing, getting outdoors on his mountain bike and spending time with his family. Jesse has a beautiful wife of 13 years who has been a huge assistance in his success. She truly is his right hand and he feels blessed to have her by his side. I also have four amazing children. Jesse's 16-year-old daughter, 6-year-old son, and twin 5-year-old daughters are his light through this journey in life. Jesse is blessed beyond measure to have such a wonderful, supportive family and he welcomes you into it.As a real estate professional, Jesse takes pride in serving his community and thrives on assisting in his client's real estate goals. Jesse enjoys working in a creative environment, as it allows him to think outside the box, keep current and seek the best outcome.
