I do not want the sound like I am bragging, because I do not feel I am better than others as a person. I think I work harder to help clients get where they need to be.My home inspection background has helped in the process of locating homes for buyers, and has helped when I list homes for sellers. There are certain things you learn along the way that benefit others regardless of what you do for a living. The difference is that some choose to use their knowledge to help others, and some do not.In recent market conditions, I have done just about everything within the residential realm of real estate. From helping investors find good rental properties and homes to flip, to working with short sales and bank owned properties whether a buyer agent or a listing agent. The skills you learn from one benefit you and the client on the next deal.
