KeithYonick is a simple boy from Staten Island New York with East Texas Roots on his mother's side with family in Longview Texas his family moved to Dallas Texas in 1982. Prior to that Keith was diagnosed with what his parents thought was the mumps. However, Osteo Myelitis almost took his life at age 11. His faith and loving parents helped him recover. Raised in Dallas, Texas,Keith has seen the Dallas grow rapidly. Keith graduated from college in May 1992 with a Bachelor Degree-Interior Design. Licensed in Real Estate since 1990.Keith had a career as a designer for 4 years.(1992-1996). In 1997 he worked as a relocation asset manager for a Fortune 500 company. He focused on multi-national marketing strategies, product placement, international culture and many other areas. As an asset manager he was trained extensively by certified instructors in the sales, marketing and prospecting arenas.As an asset manager he was extensively exposed to international business commerce, trading, and negotiations. He left the relocation profession due to the company moving to Michigan in 2004. He has been selling real estate full time since 2004. Rookie of The Year his first full year in the residential real estate industry. Keith brings over 20 years of sales and consulting experience to Coldwell Banker Residential Properties, as well as the ability to develop effective and beneficial negotiation strategies, establish creative ideas and solutions, and create and launch marketing plans – domestic and international.
