Currently, I am a Associate Broker for Keller Williams Metro Realty in Royal Oak, MI. I just stepped down / retired as the managing broker on July 1st, 2023. KW is a high-volume office in the Woodward corridor with over 350 agents. I also do commercial properties. I am a HUD listing broker, listing HUD homes in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties, and I also worked for Fannie Mae homes and numerous other lenders and Asst. Mgr's. From July 2008-August 2015- I was the HUD & Foreclosure Manager for Corporate Real Estate One Inc., the largest broker in the State of Michigan, with 30 corporate offices and many Franchise offices. We were a local listing broker for HUD properties for both HUD Asset Mgt. Companies in Michigan Cityside & BLB and we worked with numerous banks on our foreclosure teams. In the 7 years at this position, we’ve managed over 1400 properties through this department We serviced all of Southeast Michigan including Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw and Livingston counties with over 30 agents on our team, plus the Traverse City Area. I still do my own book of business with sellers, buyers and investors in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County. I've also established myself as a Royal Oak Loft specialist for leasing, selling or buying in all high rise loft buildings in downtown Royal Oak. I also do Commercial Real Estate, selling and buying of buildings, but not leasing in the Tri-County area. I was the managing broker at KW Metro from August 2015 to July 1st, 2023
