Co-Founder of SHGroup in partnership with fellow agent Bennett Hirsch, he has sold more than $350 million in real estate with a portfolio of multi-million dollar homes sold across the region, from Malibu, Beverly Hills, Brentwood and West Hollywood to Pasadena and Palm Springs.Nick brings an artist’s eye for detail and a lifelong passion for architecture and design to his real estate career. His work with developer clients aligns perfectly with his strong creative instincts and highly detailed design tastes. Offering his own natural style and unwavering dedication to buyers and sellers, Nick treats his clients like family, finding there is nothing like the feeling of placing someone in the perfect home. His creative vision translates seamlessly to his networking and marketing efforts, from creating sophisticated sales materials to crafting out-of-the-box marketing platforms on behalf of his clients.Nick’s creativity is inspired by his background as a professional musician. Prior to launching his career in real estate, Nick traveled the world as a drummer with various artists and performed at all of the major festivals, including hometown jewel Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Nick says the artistic aspects of music have transferred to his work in real estate. The creativity found in envisioning a space through architecture, design and lighting fulfills his passion for art and music.Born and raised in a real estate family, you could say real estate runs in Nick’s blood. He grew up attending open houses with his father, Doug Sandler, a sales manager at The Agency. One of his grandfathers, Harleigh Sandler, had his own Los Angeles brokerage, while the other is still practicing real estate at 90-years-old. Nick graduated from Malibu High School and attended Berklee College of Music in Boston. When not selling real estate, Nick donates his time to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and enjoys attending concerts, playing the occasional show and spending as much time as possible outdoors. He is also a sports fanatic (specifically, the Lakers), a struggling golfer and an aspiring cook
