After nearly a decade of Real Estate experience with Oxford Land Company Robbie decided to venture out on his own after eight straight years of being the company’s top sales agent. Starting in Real Estate in 2005 he wondered why everyone wasn’t in the RE business, but in subsequent years he realized quickly with the economic collapse and downturn of the economy. However, it was during that time that not only did he learn how volatile the market place was, but also how to be volatile as an agent, whereas many agents just left the business. Gone were days of simply putting a sign in the yard and waiting for a phone call. The RE business changed overnight and if you weren’t willing to change as an agent then you were obsolete. To stay afloat he learned all facets of the business, not just one sector.He’s successfully brokered residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land, bank owned, short sales, property management, residential and commercial leases within the tens of millions of dollars. “I would suggest that in larger market places an agent can be successful in just one area of Real Estate, but within a smaller county you must be diversified to be successful."
