In 1997 my family and I moved to Phoenix, Arizona. My previous experience in New York helped me to understand the needs of a much larger Hispanic community. I have worked with many investors from all over the country who have invested in our State, helping both buyers and sellers. I have also participated in the construction of individual homes throughout the phoenix area, targeting first time homebuyers. In 2001 I became the Designated Real Estate Brokers for Latin American Realty, Inc., which became Home America Realty, Inc. in 2005 and continue to be the Designated Broker/President until 2011. In 2007 with the changes in the Real Estate market I started to help many homeowners in a distress situation in Short Selling their homes. I hold the certification Certified Distress Property Expert CPDE since 2009. 2018 – Present. Mentor/Coach for Real Estate Agents. Team Leader. 2015-2016 Past President and founding member for NAHREP Greater Phoenix Chapter. 2022 - NAHREP Alumni, National Association of the Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. An organization with over 100 chapters throughout the country and Puerto Rico, and over 40K Members. 2018 Member of AAR, Arizona Association of Realtors, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. 2019 NAR Certification – AT Home with Diversity AHWD. 2014 Past President for HAREP and member since 1998 (Hispanic Association Real Estate Professionals) Local Chapter. Not only do I love what I do. But I find great pleasure helping many people in one of the most rewarding investments of their life. I am married to a wonderful man; we have five children and six grandchildren. I love skiing, hiking, and spend time with my family.
