Over the past 40 years in the Real Estate Industry, I was also a new licensee trainer and a new sales trainer for a Brokerage in California for several years. I have been an REO and BPO real estate sales agent servicing Wells Fargo Premiere Asset Foreclosures over 15 years.I am consistently one of the top producers in our area in addition to having a flawless professional history without any claims or suits in all my 40 years in the industry.I supply an extra large aggressive marketing plan. I produce the buyers for 85 % of my listed properties through a wide spectrum of prospects coming from my two large web sites, which include on line videos of my properties and my staff. And my office is located in the center of our tourism district. I have a monthly mailing of several hundred tri-fold full color brochures including pictures and information on our community including real estate opportunities. I also mail monthly brochure packages through our tourism bureau to generate buyers visiting our area. I also generate my buyers directly from my large property management firm which includes over 200 short and long term vacation and corporate executive rentals. In offering one stop shop, property management services and real estate sales opportunities, gives me a large investor network of buyers.I volunteer as Vice President of an HOA of a 170 condo resort complex along with participating in several local communities educational out reach networks that attract first time home buyers along with investors showing the advantages of short sells and REO opportunities.
